Cannot set distance or location search parameters. You are shown profiles with a supposed distance of 30+ miles away. Your response is invalid, due to the fact that no distance search parameters can be set by users as all. The issue is not merely running out of local profiles that are closer to users, but the fact that no search parameters can be set by a user on your app. Your response does not address the key issue at heart. Please consider allowing users to set their own search parameters.

Hello Ryan, Happn operates using the GPS function on your mobile device, displaying individuals you've crossed paths with. It's actually not feasible to manually change your location within the app. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider your suggestion for future improvements. Thank you!

This is a buggy app. It will say you have a like just to find out its someone you already didnt like and if you then hit "uncrush" it will say "an unkown error occured" just to put that person under likes. Just a annoying loop. Then there is the explore feature. If you tap on it it will show you a user for a split second than load for a few min to show them again.

Since the moment I've installed this and updated my profile, I have yet to see anyone I "happn" to cross paths. Now, to put it in perspective, I travel through multiple cities everyday, driving by, walking around pretty consistently, and pretty much go everywhere but bars and clubs. And I have yet to find one person? Yea no thanks. Outside of coincidentally seeing someone, you can't do anything to "better" your odds of running into someone. Might as well ditch this app.
